The science around this practice can be overhyped on social media and claims can be bold in modern trends, but this is a practice which dates back thousands of years. When done properly it can provide a potent stimulus, contributing to a strong and healthy Mind and Body. We use this for; reduced inflammation & fatigue, improved circulation, improved sense of wellbeing, (large and sustained increase in dopamine), analgesic properties and stress management/reduction.
